How usage works
An analysis is one search
You use one when the comps are pulled for a property. Everything after that — changing comps, correcting the record, running the three strategies, building reports — is free, for as long as you keep the deal.
You never get locked out
Go past your allowance and the next analysis is $1.00. No forced upgrade while a seller is waiting on your number.
Teams share one allowance
Seats on Team and Scale draw on the same pool, so a slow week for one buyer is a busy week for another. Extra seats are $25 a month.
Questions
What counts as an analysis?
Running the comp search on a property. Opening an analysis again, changing comps, correcting facts, working the deal numbers and building reports are all free, as often as you like.
What happens when I reach my allowance?
You keep working. Each analysis beyond the allowance is $1.00, added to your next invoice. Nothing locks in the middle of a deal, and you can move to a larger plan at any time.
How does the free trial work?
7 days and 5 analyses with the whole product. A card is required to start and is charged on day 7 for the plan you chose unless you cancel first, which takes one click.
Do unused analyses carry over?
The allowance resets each month. If you regularly have plenty left over, a smaller plan with the occasional extra analysis will cost you less — the slider above shows which.
How do seats work?
Solo and Pro are for one person. Team includes 3 seats and Scale 5, all drawing on one shared allowance. Extra seats are $25 a month each.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes: a year costs ten months. Solo is $590 a year instead of $708.
